Title: Collaboration and Virtualization in the Cloud - a new approach to managing the WebSphere MQ environment
Presenter:  Peter D'Agosta, Avada Software

Peter discussed that many problems and issues go unsolved in WebSphere MQ environments because support, administrators, and business units cannot leverage each other’s knowledge and collaborate on solutions. He went into the unique way that Avada Software has created a different approach with Infrared360, a WAS Cloud application, providing virtual, secure collaborative environments for project teams, business units, or even business partners. He explained that Secure Collaboration enables companies to leverage more staff resources, delegate critical work to Users with the expertise to solve the problem, and measurably increase productivity while still adhering to corporate security and compliance policies. He concluded by saying problems are resolved more quickly; applications run with less interruption, more work gets done, and staff is less stressed.
